We will fund not only the day-to-day costs incurred in running a case but also any disbursements, court fees and expert reports. Interest is charged on a case-by-case basis and all charges are fully transparent.
We will consider funding most types of commercial dispute in terms of both claim type and claimant type.
Unlike most other commercial litigation funders we do not have a minimum claim value for which we will fund; we realise each case is unique and we will therefore review each case on its own merits.
