Third Party Insurers are increasingly drawing out payment of costs to law firms, particularly on the higher value cases. Premier Legal Funding will look to fund a proportion of these costs whilst you are awaiting payment, allowing you to utilise the costs to take on more cases and pay the running costs of your firm.

• Each solicitor practice will receive a pre-determined credit limit once they are approved for the scheme.


• Cases where the bill of costs will be over £5000 (including disbursements) will be funded.


• 60% of the estimated value of the costs will be funded by means of a cash advance.


• Funding repayable once costs have been received.
